I,                                                                    , hereby grant permission to Roamin Soldier Productions LLC and its representatives to capture, record, and use video footage and/or photographs of me for the purposes outlined below. I understand and agree to the following:

 

Purpose:

The video footage and/or photographs may be used for promotional, marketing, educational, or any other lawful purposes by Roamin Soldier Productions LLC, including but not limited to:

Displaying on Roamin Soldier Productions LLC's website, social media platforms, and other online channels.
Inclusion in marketing materials, brochures, newsletters, presentations, or any other printed or digital materials.
Distribution to the media or third-party platforms for promotional purposes.

 

Release:
I hereby release and discharge Roamin Soldier Prodcutions LLC, its employees, contractors, representatives, and any third parties acting under Roamin Soldier Prodctions LLC's permission or authority, from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the video footage and/or photographs, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or any other intellectual property rights.

 

Ownership:
I acknowledge and agree that the video footage and/or photographs captured by Roamin Soldier Productions LLC shall be the property of Roamin Soldier Productions LLC, and I have no rights or claims to the same.

 

Consent:
I hereby consent to the use of my name, likeness, voice, and any other identifying characteristics in connection with the video footage and/or photographs.

 

Confidentiality:
I understand that Roamin Soldier Productions LLC will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information disclosed during the video recording or photography session. However, I acknowledge that Roamin Soldier Productions LLC cannot guarantee complete confidentiality and waive any claims against Roamin Soldier Productions LLC in the event of unintentional disclosure.

 

Term:
This release and waiver shall be effective indefinitely from the date of my signature below and shall apply to all video footage and/or photographs captured during the specified event or session.

 

I have carefully read this Video Release and Waiver form, understand its contents, and freely and voluntarily consent to its terms.
